We are experienced in carrying out construction projects under all standard forms of building and engineering contracts. However, the majority of our work is executed as Design & Build utilising the range of expert professionals with whom we regularly work or via the navation of the clients own professional team to work with us.

This form of procurement provides many benefits especially timee, as the design and construction phases of a project are overlapped, thereby saving several months from inception to completion of a project.

Whether tendered or negotiated (as most of our projects are), we provide the client with a detailed cost breakdown from the outset that sets out clearly what has been allowed for. This enables detailed fine tuning of the price as the design develops, to ensure that the quality of the final product is maintained but the value engineering we can provide, from our experience, is brought to bear ensuring the most efficient and cost effective products and forms of construction are used.
